Services

Scope of Work

  • Avodo will provide design and consulting services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Project Timeline

  • Avodo will make every effort to meet the project timeline agreed upon in the proposal. However, timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be notified of any significant delays.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the completion of the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may result in project delays.

Fees and Payment

Pricing

  • The pricing for services will be as stated in the proposal or agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or at predefined milestones.

Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement. Avodo reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

  • Upon full payment of fees, the Client will own the rights to the final deliverables. Avodo retains the right to use the deliverables for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Content

  • Any third-party content used in the project (e.g., stock images, fonts) will be licensed to the Client, and the Client will be responsible for adhering to the licensing terms of such content.

Termination

By the Client

  • The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to Avodo. The Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

By Avodo

  • Avodo reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or if the Client becomes insolvent. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
